Shipping

U.S. standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Below that threshold, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is $18. Pieces are prepared within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

International shipping is quoted individually by email before payment. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and selected other destinations.

Online payment is not connected yet. After you submit an order request, the studio will confirm availability and send a secure payment link by email. No payment is taken on this website.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces with original tags attached. Please contact Contact@sisterscloset.shop for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

Made-to-order, altered and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Privacy

We collect only the information you choose to send us — for example, your name, email address and order details. This information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare your order and provide customer care. We do not sell your personal information.

This website stores your bag and saved pieces in your browser's local storage so they remain available when you return. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, write to Contact@sisterscloset.shop.

Terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. Product colours may vary slightly between screens. Measurements are approximate and fit notes are provided as guidance.

Submitting the checkout form creates an order request, not a binding sale. A sale is confirmed only after availability is checked and payment is completed through the secure link provided by the studio. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
