How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes fit notes and garment measurements. If you are between sizes, our studio is happy to advise — send us your usual size and the piece you are considering. We reply within one business day.
When will my order be ready?
Order requests are reviewed within one business day. Once payment is arranged, pieces are prepared within 2–3 business days. You will receive tracking details by email when your parcel leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. U.S. shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. International shipping is calculated individually and confirmed by email before payment. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces with tags attached. Contact the studio for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Made-to-order and final-sale pieces are not eligible.
Can I pay online?
Online card payment is not connected yet. You can still build your bag and submit an order request at checkout — we will reply with a secure payment link. No payment is taken on this website.
Do you offer styling appointments?
Yes. Private studio appointments are available by request in Orlando, and virtual styling sessions are available worldwide. Choose “Styling appointment” in the form above and we will send available times.
